Rear Bumper Lights Are The Reflectors Or Lights?please Help

i changed all my rear brake lights but still have the dash light telling me i have an out bulb!

1993 gs300

do the lights on the rear left/right of the bumper turn on or are they reflectors????

if they are lights how can i change them out they dont work! i looked in the trunk but couldnt get too them i looked under the car and no luck can some one help me out PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

i thought i had replaced mine too but make sure u look really well, i promise one is still burned out. try looking at night or having someone else look also. the dash bulb SHOULD be just for the tailights but i had a faulty 3rd brake light bulb that worked have the time and while i was replacing my taillight bulbs i changed that one and no more light. so just look again but look carefully
