Cd Title And Tracks Not Displaying

Why don't my CD Title and Tracks display when playing CDs even though there is a placeholder for them? Dealer has no answer to this question. Is this true for all models and year?

For your 2008 GS350, CD Text will appear if the disc are so encoded. Not all retail cds are encoded unfortunately.
