Why Does My Cruise Control Only Work When It Wants To?!

Until about a month ago, my cruise was fine. Since then, when I use the cruise, it occasionally does not work! The green light will illuminate, but when I push "set" it does not set. I can even try it repeatedly to no avail... whats strange is that the next time I try to use it (like the next day or so), it works fine every time, but then two days later, it may not work.

Bad switch? Faulty relay or whatever makes the cruise work? <_<

Go open the hood, and see if the cruise set-up guy is plugged in right.

I've heard of the connection coming somewhat loose, causing strange issues with the cruise control.

If you need to also clean the connection. If that doesn't work.... then you better have deep pockets! If it's JUST the switch on the steering wheel you'll be looking at a +$2g bill!
