HiHoSilver
Hello, I've got a 99 GS300 and the other night I noticed that the shift plate LED's do not light up anymore. Has anyone out there had the same problem? I'm hoping that it's just a connector that's loose, I'm going to take apart the center console and see if there's a loose connection. Thank you, AL
GuyTelefunken
Remove the ashtray. Lift the rear edge of the wood trim around the shiftgate and unplug all the switches. Remove the wood trim. Under the shiftgate you will find the burned out bulb.

Is it an actual bulb that can be replaced or a LED that is not replaceable ?
djspawn00
its an easily replaceable led bulb... i think its type 74 or something like that. The bulb itself is clear but has a green cap on it so save the cap. I'm in NY also and in Queens almost daily, let me know if you need any help.
