Looking To Buy 94 Mint Sc300 - Pricing?

I have found a 1994 Ruby red SC300 5spd. It has 89k miles on it, garage kept and its the wifes car. He is asking $7900 for it. KBB books out at $6200 and Nada books out at $7200. The only thing that doesnt work is the CD player but the radio still works. So I am looking at offering his $6500 which is some what in the middle of the 2 book values.

What do you guys think?

Thanks yea I will probably offer $7000 and see what he says, the $200 will go to a new CD Player and all the crazy wiring that will have to be done.
