White Residue On "windowsill"

On my 06 GS350 door, right where my arm lays as if handing money out at a drive thru, there is always a white powder type of look. I have tried to clean with armorall wipes and it goes away, but then comes back a day later. It isnt any sort of lotion or powder I put on my skin. Any ideas?

do you have a wife? it is their makeaup/ lotion/ tanning lotion

nope no lotion at all. only me driving it. and nothing on my other cars either.

then maybe you should put on lotion. only other explanation is ashy skin! unless you smoke and its cigarette ash.

ha no cigs and no dry skin or it would be in my passat also. not sure

i used armor all and it went away...
