The Es300 Cd Player Bulb

Recommended Posts

I know i have seen a post some where here before about cd player's bulbs burning out. UNfortunately i have not have courage to mess with the lexus stereo. Has any one done it , changing those little bulbs of the stereo ? if yes and is from maryland i would be interested in contacting them and compensating for the work. if interested or other wise instructions would also be appreciated.

Sometimes when this bulb "goes out" it means that there's a problem with the CD changer; If you can't access the CD function, than this is what's wrong, but if not, then it probably is just a burnt out bulb, which I've never had a problem with on my 3 ES's. B) Just thought I'd share that bit of info with ya in case you didn't know.

Okay, so I assume then that your CD player works, right? Also, what year's your car? That'll help people tell you how to fix it; I can't personally, but I'm sure someone here can. ;)
