It all depends on how much you plan on boosting, the trannys can hold pretty good up to 350-400 hp. Not easy finding the parts but if you do just parts alone will cost a grip.

An auto tranny is better for turbo than a manual. No lag.

I wanna make about 400-500hp to the wheels

You may want to consider getting a 3.4 Stroker Kit. That should help you get the 400-500 rwhp with less turbo lag, or a larger turbo. There's plenty of space.

Expect to pay a lot.
