I live nearby. It worked for my LS460. I gave a copy of it to salesman Doug Miner. Whit whitbaby@comcast.net
AmexBlackG5
I haven't noticed any type of wind noise what so ever.
U2sleep
I haven't noticed any type of wind noise what so ever. I picked up my LS 460 this after noon after having the TSIB NV009-07 performed which for my Vin# included both front glass replaced with Lamisafe glass. I noticed a significant difference. There is still some slight wind noise at speeds of 65-75 mph, however while at the dealership I test drove a late model 08' which has the lamisafe glass installed from the factory and it too had slight wind noise at the same speed range. Interested to know if anyone else has noticed this as well! Thanks!

Manifestations range from slight to severe, left or right or bilateral. The cause is a defect associated with the triangle trim at the corners of the windows in the front doors and some gaps under the trim where air gets in. There is an easy, inexpensive DIY fix. You can read about the fix at the link below. The discussion has grown quite long - many pages -but is interesting and informative through out. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/showthread.php?t=352398
clarone
I just purchased a 2006 ls430 and am bothered by a wind noise as well. It is not a whistling sound, but a sound of rushing air that one would hear if the window were slightly open. Do you think the fix for the ls460 would apply to my car?
