Help! Need Paint Touchup And/or Dent Removal

I have a Nautical Blue GX470 and today I bumped my passenger door onto a corner of a very sharp metal newspaper box. Ugh! Now i have a small dent (quarter inch) and chipped paint in three small places. I don't want to take it to a body shop since they'll probably want to replace the whole door. Any idea what can be done? I am afraid if i touch up paint myself that it'll look even worse. I appreciate any feedback.

I would take it to a pro and let them touch it up and remove the ding with PDR ;)
