theri Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 I have a 2000 LX40 and the front signal lights on both sides are not working. We've changed the bulb lights and checked the fuses and it still doesn't work. When we use the remote to unlock the car, the signals flashes but when we turn on the left/right signal, it doesn't work. We think it's the signal flasher that is malfunction. But where is it located? Could someone help me find it? Theri
gordonw Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 Flasher relay is under the dash, just to the left of steering column. Another possibility is it could a bad turn signal switch/stalk.
health360 Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Flasher relay is under the dash, just to the left of steering column. Another possibility is it could a bad turn signal switch/stalk. I need to replace the signal flasher and I am having a hard time finding it under the dash to the left of the steering column. Do I have to take off any part of the column or dash to locate it? Thanks.
