GNSBRG Posted December 12, 2003 Share Posted December 12, 2003 Just got this 1990 LS400. the guy I bought it from replaced the antenna. It was grinding and actually quit, so I pulled the unit out from the truck and stuck the plastic gearing back inside (it was out for some reason). The antenna goes up and down just fine, but when it goes up the motor doesnt stop, so I get this grinding sound for about 10 seconds until it stops on its own.
