06 GS nav...28k miles listed for 28,995. Returned to Lexus b/c of:

1. Indicator light

2. Smart Key

3. Sun shade

4. Front seat problem

5. Trunk release

6. Light control

A car I should avoid or a chance at a good deal?

Personally, I'd steer away from a car that has been lemon lawed. Lemon lawing a car isn't as simple as "three times tried to fix so take the car back." Manufacturers don't want to take back cars. They do try to fix the car after the third time, and if they're still not successful, there must be something wrong with it (a hex on it at the very least) LOL.
