In the last few months the radio volume knob wont adjust the volume for the first 10 minutes after starting the car. The steering wheel controls will work and if you power the radio on and off it will work. The radio does this if it was left on when the car was shut off. Also, the AC doesn't get cold until the radio starts working. We can't get the car to do this at the shop of course so they won't replace anything. Any ideas? TIA.
