chaddenton Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 Are all 97's so dim. Can't see 20 feet ahead is this a fixable problem?
jcrome04 Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 What dims?? If you're talking about the headlights upgrade to silverstar ULTRAs. This must be my 4th referral to my headlight post in the last few days B) hahaha http://us.lexusownersclub.com/forums/index...p;hl=silverstar
chaddenton Posted May 14, 2008 Author Posted May 14, 2008 thanks for the help. Sorry I didn't look it up. What else would you have to do if you didn't answer these questions?
chaddenton Posted May 14, 2008 Author Posted May 14, 2008 I think that that actual light mount is aimed in the wrong direction. I have put upgraded bulbs in before (kragen) and no difference. Maybe the car was in a accident before I owned it. I really hope these bulbs help. But a little pesemistic about the whole deal. One of my friends wrecked out my spoiler a few years ago and said lights were too dim it was true the lights are too dim and I think its the angle. I hope I'm wrong. Thanks for the help. Chad Denton

Chad Denton There are several posts on this site about how to realign the headlights. I thought mine were dim, too, but readjusting them revealed them to be great.
jcrome04 Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 definately re-aim them, just a few turns of a screw could do the trick.
