ttpower Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 My 1999 GS300 currently won’t start. Now i have took each individual coil out and checked for spark. What i find quite strange is that when i crank it its turns over and whilst looking at the spark from cylinder one it only fires once per crank (car doesn’t start, just cranks over). I can smell fuel, i have 160 compression, its all timed up correctly, all i can leave it down to is the spark, im convinced that the spark plugs on cylinder 1 and 6 (joint coils) are meant to be sparking continuously. All the other spark plugs (cyln 2,3,4,5) are fine and spark continuously. Any ideas what it could be, i have tried changing the coil pack with no affect!!!????
