May be cheaper to go to a large Toyota dealer{most are doing Lexus maint. now}. SW03ES Posted December 7, 2003 Share Posted December 7, 2003 wwest is right, 10k is the severe maintenance schedule and theres no point in following that. I'd change the oil, thats all and wait for 15k. Dealers will ALWAYS use the severe maintenance schedule simply because they make way more money. You can have it done if it makes you feel better for sure. Its listed in the owners manual suppliment. Lexus will charge you $400-$600 for this.
