Doc H Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 Moderate overcast here this morning, turned on the XM radio and....nada; no sound, nothing, on any channel. Talked to the dealer and they said reception was poor because of the cloud cover. I understand in a tunnel, under a bridge, in a garage. But - no satellite radio when it's raining? <_< I guess I didn't understand how fragile the connection is with satellite transmissions; any experience here? Doc H. Roger Silvey Posted April 9, 2008 Share Posted April 9, 2008 I had my XM on this morning from 7:45 to 8:20 am in South Carolina. No problems and it was really cloudy with low visibility.
