Cleaning Under Rear Seats ('99 Rx)

Just wondering if anyone has tips on cleaning under the rear seats as my kids on occasion will drop things down the sides or between the seats. The bar to move the seat forward makes it extremely difficult to reach under there with an arm or vacuum extension. I tried folding the seats and popping off the fabric in the back which allows you to get behind the seats to some extent. My kids recently spilled some round candies and everytime I decelerate I can hear them rolling along the tracks. I tried parking downhill to try to clean better with some limited help.

Not a serious problem by far, but just interested if someone has tried something creative.

Can the seats be removed without too much difficulty?

Thanks.

Try one of those long plastic vacuum extensions designed for cleaning under refrigerators. They are about 30" long and flat and fit everywhere.

The Haynes Manual ....

Shows you how to Remove the Rear Seats...

Only FOUR BOLTS...

You would not even have to remove the seats.... just take the bolts off and slide it back.

If you can workout at the gym you are strong enough to do this.
