Stock Tinted Brow On Windshield. Is It Magnetic?

I'm trying to find out if the small strip of stock blue tint along the top of my '97 SC300's windshield is magnetic or not. I want to mount my radar detector as high as possible on my windshield, both for better effectiveness and conspicuousness, but I know magnetic tint affects the reflections used by the detector. Anybody have any ideas/suggestions?

My Valentine1 detector mounted high as possible, just right of inside rear view mirror. Sees through '00 SC300 OEM windshield with no problems.
