No. You have generation 3 nav system. That particular disc is for vehicle with the generation 4 system.

The 2006 LS430 has a generation 4 system. Upgrading is the same as in all Lexus dvd navigation systems, accomplished by simply inserting the new navigation dvd. You can email me:
