'06 Lx 2nd Row Passenger-side Seat Back Squeaky/rattle

My wife's '06 LX 2nd row passenger-side seatback makes the most annoying squeaky-rattle noise whenever we're moving, at any speed. I'm now driving it with the seat back folded down, which stops the noise, but obviously isn't the ideal fix. Anyone who has/had this problem please chime-in. I haven't yet taken it into the dealership; if there's an easy fix, I'd rather do it myself....

This is my first visit to the LX forum; I drive an SC430... sorry if this is a commonly-discussed topic, but I scanned through the FAQ and didn't see anything discussed about it...

Also would like to know if a cold-air intake would give the truck any noticeable power increase or not, and if yes, what's the best product to buy? Any input would be appreciated.
