skip747
I have a 2005 LS430 that seems to be making a louder than normal road noise at speeds above 40 mph. I notice a low sounding noise much like a wheel bearing that appears to come from the left front. No vibration but noise seems to follow the tire speed down to about 20 mph. I only have 27000 miles on this vehicle. I am going to take it to dealer under warranty but would like to know if anybody has an idea on what might be wrong? jcrome04
It seems odd for an 05 LS to be having wheel bearing problems. Check the tires. If they are some cheap brand or very old they will make more noise. Just my style B) let the dealer worry about it! LOL! Hope things get figured out!! skip747
Thanks. I'll update after I meet with the dealer. Tires are still original and have lots of thread left. Couldn't feel any cupping either.

skip747
Checked with the dealer and they said that it was tire noise. Some cupping existed even though there was lots of thread left.
