Radio Is "on" But No Volume

Guys,

My factory stereo comes on and displays everything as normal but no sound. I can crank the volume all the way up but not even a hiss. All I did today was remove the front bumper cover which has nothing to do with the radio. Any suggestions? Yes, I checked all of the fuses.
