Hi,

When I was closing my trunk lid, something got caught in the mechanism, and it did not close properly. The problem is that I can't open it either. I have tried opening it with the key and with the button inside, to no avail. I would be grateful for any clues on how to get it to open. Thanks!

Greetings. Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Did you try depressing down on the trunk with one of your hands, while turning the key with the other?

Can you gain access inside of the luggage compartment through the rear seat backs on this model?

Thanks! I tried your advice, but, unfortunately, it did not help. There is an opening into the trunk via the center rear seat, I can't figure out how I can take advantage of this.
