nuclearmeltdown
I have a 93 SC300 and the passenger side window will not stay up. I have taken the door panel off and have figured out that the is a wire that runs when the window button is placed in the up or down position. It looks like that it is connected to a plastic piece that is connected to the window holder. If the window button is held in the up or down position past the window in the fully up or down position i hear a pop and the window will not stay up and I can pull the window up with my hands. My question is is there anywhere that I can see an explode view of the door and window assembly or does someone now if there is a piece on the wire that raises and lowers the window that "pops" in the platic part on the window holder assembly and I can just pop that back in or is that plastic piece one assembly and the whole thing has to be replaced. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thx Jim
