How Do I Remove The Grey Moulding On The Lower Side Of The Car Body?

Need help!! PLS!!! Has anyone removed the grey body moulding on the lower side of the car body? Mine are fading due to age and I want to get them painted. Appreciate any inputs!!!

Leave them on to be painted. It is attached with adhesive and bends if not removed properly.

leave em on and paint the whole damn car. if you take them off to get painted 1) youll probably break something 2) when you put them back on they will look nice and new and make the rest of the car look like *BLEEP* 3) if u try to paint just them and leave them on the car it will look stupid and youll see the line 4) and dont try to fade in into the rest of the car because by that time youll be using so much paint it would be better to repaint the whole car like i did.

Interesting - I've never seen that resin grey bottom faded. That's a first even in the most raggedy of Lexi (my made up plurality for Lexus) I've seen.
