stevenngo2k Posted February 4, 2008 Share Posted February 4, 2008 Hi all, i have a gs 300 1998, , when rpm higher 2000 no problem if lower 2000 the engine knocking , check engine light and vsc, vsc off on, i disconnect the battery and 15 min and starter engine no problem, i drive on highway 15 miles no problem but when i go with rpm lower 2000 rpm on city street the engine knocking and check engine light on again , please help me . 2JayZ Posted February 4, 2008 Share Posted February 4, 2008 Are you using fuel with octane rating of 91 or higher?
