Help! My Engine Light Flashed Then Dissapeared!

**UPDATE!** Spoke with a friend that work at Lexus Of Louisville who owns a lexus, he said as long as the light went off, all is well!!!

What does it mean if the check engine light FLASHES approx. 3 times then went off....car runs fine...except a long warm up time in the winter...hasnt done it again....it happened when i was coming off a red light???

Any comments? Ideas? Suggestions are appreciated!! :unsure:
