Will I Have Any Issues With These Rims?

I'm looking at some 19" staggered rims for my '02 GS430, rims came off an is250 and the owner is stating that they will not clear the brakes on his GS350. They are Racing Hart C4's.

rims are

front 19x8.5 offset is 35

rear 19x9.5 offset is 30

tires are

front 245/35/19

rear 275/30/19

Anybody got experience or advice on this?

How about your factory rims, do you plan to unload them?
