larful Posted January 10, 2008 Share Posted January 10, 2008 I bought this nice 2002 lexus is300 from a dealership, It threw an engine code of PO420 code catalyst Is that the Exhaust sensors ??? where is a cheap place to get them ebay? could it just be an exhaust leak of some sort throwing that code? the code reader shut it off for about 2 days then it popped back on. Car runs amazing though its not something I can ignore that bright orange little engine light check engine light. smooth1 Posted January 11, 2008 Share Posted January 11, 2008 Yeah, sisnce your not getting a P0430 as well, it's probly just a bad sensor. It's off the 3 way catalyst on your header.
