schleinee Posted January 10, 2008 Share Posted January 10, 2008 Maby someone can help me I just bought a 1992 sc 400 I LOVE THIS CAR IT IS SOOO FAST TOP END the onlt car that was a little better was my 560sec mercedes. ANYWAY I have a breaking problem the breaks have life on them but when I stop lightly there is a wineing sound near the pedal. anyone know what the deal is????? eatingupblacktop Posted May 3, 2008 Share Posted May 3, 2008 Applying the brakes while driving slowly in reverse for 40 feet or so for a few times might reset the pads. This of course means driving with both feet on the pedals which can be a bit confusing, so a lot of care is required. Best place would be an empty mall parking lot on a sunday morning.
