Not sure who to address this to, but I ordered a Lexus OC mug for my brother recently. Mug was delivered to his Niagara Falls address and all broken to pieces. Not to mention not even being a Lexus mug it rather said something about the air force and a phrase about grandpa? And there were two mugs and I only ordered one.

If any of the mods can straighten this out it would be appreciated.

This was probably ordered through our 3rd party merchandise company. Company is called Cafe Press. The mug was not actually sent from us.

Do you still have the receipt?

Was it a white mug with blue writing?

Please Pm me so I can make sure this is resolved for you. I may have another option.
