All In One Projector Hid

I was looking to upgrade my standard halogen head lights (2000 gs 300) to the halo/angel eye type,

i saw this on ebay,

does this mean I do not need to get an HID kit, is this an all-in-one product, ?

also has anyone had any experience with this seller, or the product line?

according to the auction, he/she is selling a HID kit with the headlights so you will not need to buy a separate HID kit.

I like the headlights apart from the angel eyes.

i've searched around and these are the only aftermarket headlights i've come across, but dont know about build quality.

i'd be worried about the leveling system on it.... ask if they are plug & play....

my gs has xenon lights so has auto leveling. if the headlights dont work with them, i could fail my MOT! :( (not sure how strick USA law is)

It will not have the level system it is made for cars with factory halogen bulbs. To have xenon system built in would be too much work and expense to match oem.
