Marc R Posted January 3, 2008 Share Posted January 3, 2008 Hi there, It's got 84K, CEL on, and sometimes blinking. Autozone says P0305 cyl 5 misfire. I've replaced the plugs with ngk iridiums Replaced fuel filter Swaped coil packs - and cleared codes - stayed with the same cyl 5 Tested voltages to the coil pack- all are in spec. Thinking its the injector? How hard are they to replace? Do I need to take the intake off to get to the rear rail? Thanks so much in advance for any help. fju2112 Posted January 10, 2008 Share Posted January 10, 2008 mark, did you get the issue properly diagnosed, curious to hear what happened? after all that work was done, silly question, but did they reset the code? sometimes it takes a few drive cycles for the code to correct itself unless it's manually reset.
