Noise While The Car Starts To Move From Stop Light

Please help. Thanks.

I have a 2002 RX300 AWD around 60,000 miles. I noticed the "mechanical rattling" noise (pretty loud) in normal driving position "D" when the car was moving from Stop Light (frequency: 1 out of 10). Other than the noise, the car is running very smoothly, acceleration is very good. When the noise was happening, sometimes, the Slip Indicator Light came on, but not always. The noise came out even when I started moving the car slowly on nice clean surface. I tried to stop on icy road, the Slip Indicator Light came up fine, and the ABS seemed working properly.

I found the following code, not sure whether it's related to the noise:

C1233 Open/Short Circuit on YAW Rate Sensor
