When I turn on the headlights, The passenger side light goes dim and it seems as though both the low beam and high beam are turned on at the same time except they are only putting out about 20-30% power in each. The drivers side headlight works just fine. Also, when the high beams are applied, the passenger side goes out completely while once again, the drivers side works perfectly. I recently changed the bulbs to see if that was the problem but, it didn't help at all.
