I have a 1998 ES300 with a lot of moisture in the passenger side headlight assembly. I too would like to know how to remove the headlight assembly. My Chilton's pictures don't match my car. homemechanic Posted December 16, 2007 Share Posted December 16, 2007 Look at the service manuals available in this forum, which is the very first few posts. I think you need to remove the side turn signal first and then you will see the headlight screws. you may or may not need to remove the black plastic during the hood.
