NoWay Posted October 26, 2007 Share Posted October 26, 2007 Recently, I have been getting some black oily run off from just below my front signal lights and rear light assemblies. This stuff runs and sticks to the upper surface of bumpers and is difficult to remove. Any ideas? I've got 64K miles on car and it has been garaged since new except for 14 months. This started this spring and generally seems to happen after a rain. The car is garaged and I live in S. Florida. It is coming from the car and is not from road.
