You can't just replace the leather on the armrests; you would need to get the whole armrests.

I would suggest just having them refinished. Take the car to an upholstery shop and get a quote.

If you're pretty handy, and if you have a amall airbrush, you can do it yourself. This stuff called "magic mender" works great. The color for the tan rx300 leather is ivory 375. it's less than $20 a bottle, which should be more than enough. google it!

In that case, i would DEFINITELY repair them, rather than replace them.
