Little Black Antenna

Someone took the little black antenna from my roof near the back window. This is an 04 LS 430. What is it for? Everything seems to work but I do not have SAT radio, if that is it. Any ideas on a decently priced replacement?

Lexus Link is Lexus' term for Onstar. Most likely, the service and controls in your car were removed, per Lexus, as the system was analog based with no upgrade to a digital system.
