European Version Of Ls 460 Vs. N. American

I'm having trouble getting information from Lexus about the diferences between the european version of Lexus LS 460 and the one in N. America. I am trying to find out if the car purchased in the States could be easily serviced in Europe. I'm also trying to find out if the navigation system could be updated to the european version. If anybody went thru it, please let me know.

Well, I can check with the Lexus dealer next time I get there (which could be in this week).
