wwjdwithca
I just realized that I should have asked this question to you guys long ago; my stereo button spins free on my '92 300. If you pull on it then turn you can change the volume, but you cannot turn the stereo off by pushing the button in. I was just going to take it in to the dealer, but I figure they're just going to say "replace" like they do with everthing else electronic. What say you? Oh yes, one more thing. Anyone else have their needles on their gauges (speedo and tach) stop illuminating? Is their another fix then replacing? Thanks again. steviej
burnt out needles are the most common complaint of older ES's. Do a search on "needles" or something like that. As for the radio, you could try a repair shop that knows Pioneer. Or you could try scrap yards or ebay for a new head unit. sj
bbsal
sounds like the button is stuck and thats why you have to pull on it to turn the volume up or down.maybe try taking the button off and cleaning the inside to see if you can free up the button. the lights is common and ALOT of people have that problem! :D
