Oh heh. Yeah, I'm just thinking to my self how dumb he is...

Oh well! Mine now :D

The pictures show a fine looking car - not too much in the way of body damage that I can see (the fourth picture would not load, so maybe it shows more).

What a steal! I am thinking that lots of similar deals may be in the works as the foreclosure tide sweeps the nation...

Just curious - how was the car advertised (or was it someone you knew)?

Originally, he was selling the car for $10,000. I told him, I'll fix the car my self, engine and all, if he gives it to me for $3,000. He agreed to give it to me for $3k, so now it's in the body shop.

When I was taking the pictures, I purposely left out the dings. (You can see a few on the posted images.) Sunday evening I shall have my car back, and I will be waxing, polishing, and glamourizing my baby. I miss her already =[ I"m thinking of changing the mufflers to Chrome, adding a chrome grille, adding a small vynil on the hood, changing the LED colors of the interior to blue or white, and underglow lights.

This is already fully loaded, but some minor things I just want to change =]

Would anyone like to have a drag race in a closed environment?

I bought this off of a colleague from my Dad's work. My father saw it, he brought it home, I gave him the cash, we gave it to the guy, and now it belongs to moi!

Thanks for your support =]

I dropped down roughly $2500 to have the front replaced, the rear fixed, replacing broken lights, new top of the line brakes, wheel alignment, oil change, and other miscellaneous items added/changed.

Under the hood, I do not know since I've only had the chance to view the car for 3 hours before sending it off to the shop Yesterday. I'll be picking it up this Sunday afternoon/evening. I'll be washing and waxing the vehicle when it's in my possession, and I'll post some pictures.

Would anyone know where I can purchase good quality under glow lights for the front and end?

I would also like to know, how can I find out how much horsepower I am holding? How many Liters? Miles per gallon on Highway and City?

Edit:

I forgot that I had taken a picture of the specifications sticker under my hood, here it is.

GS400 - V6 engine?? Are you sure about that? I know a GS400 in it's prime should give out at least 17mpg-city/21mpg-hwy with 300HP. If its is V6 - that is the GS300 19mpg city/23mpg hwg. I bought my GS300 for $11,000.00 at 60k miles at Elmwood Park, NJ. Thought I had the best deal ever....but you smashed my record at $3,000 for 125k. Enjoy kid.

LOL..sure RacerX, whenever I come to Jersey it's on. I know a quiet spot (as in cops :whistles: ) on Route 21 (McCarter Highway: Newark to Belleville). Used to race out there with the CRX back in school dayz. Those days...

Hahaha... I got the car back today, however my dad wanted some mechanical work done to the engine regarding the AC coolant system, and the front bumper wasn't aligned properly or something. So I guess it'll come back later tonight, and then it will vanish until Monday since my parents are taking it up to Canada for the weekend.

There goes my day wanting to wax and polish it lol Guess I'll wash, polish, and wax the Mercedes Benz when they're gone :D
