Led Lights Supposed To Stay On?

I've noticed during night driving the floor leds are lit up. Is this normal? also, during the day, i noticed that the led light in the drink holder inside of the console is always on. What about the green ring around the lighter? are all of these lights always on?

Well they are on in our car. I remember the first time I noticed it..."WOW, I can see my feet! How cool is that!"

So I'm thinking you can classify this as "normal".
