dnmetrigun Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 so ever since i bought my 95 sc400 (for 5000 :D ) i had this steering alignment problem. If i bring it in to get an alignment would it fix the steering? My steering is tilted to the left when i go straight but my bro thinks theres something loose in the steering column. Because when i turn it doesnt respond right away but it makes a clunk noise when it locks on to turn instead.
jzz30 Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 the allignment shop would probably tell you what needs to be fixed before they would allign your car.
GrnHrnt Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Look for wear or damage to the steering column universal joints.
