Rx300 Oil Change

I have recently gotten smart about NOT visiting the dealership unless absolutely necessary. It is similar to going to the Vet... you never get out without a bill of XX dollars. I want to change the oil and have never done it before. I need to stock up on the right tools and was looking for some expert advice with regards to ramps, lifts, filters and tools. I like to use synthetic oil.

Look in the "Workshop Tutorials" forum for detailed directions and pictures for changing oil on an RX. The RX300 is probably very similar to the RX330 procedures.
