greatest1
2005 Lexus LS 430, I keep getting a warning light letting me know I need to change the A/C filter on my 2005 A/C filter. Anybody has any idea where this filter is? Do I need to use OEM filter?? Or can I get the filter via any auto part store?? Thanks.
RFeldes
The filter on the 02 is in the back of the lower glove box. I am not sure if a non OEM filter is available. Maybe on E-bay. OEM= http://beta.lexus-parts.com/

Just read your owners manual - it should say location and how to change it (no tools required and it should take you 5 min.). You don't want to put anything besides OEM in there. Aftermarket filters are cheaper, but also smell pretty bad and don't last long.
mywong23
OEM filter contains charcoal, whereas aftermarket may not (I have not seen ALL aftermarket filters....)
