The smell is more noticeable when the car is at idle but you can still smell it sometimes when you are driving. I checked the car for gas leaks and exhaust leaks but cannot find any. Suggestions? I have the same issue in my 99 RX Did anyone suggest a fix? That does not sound good, Did you take the cover off the top of the engine and check for leaks from the fuel injectors.
