Car Accident And Help Identifying Part

I need some help from you guys. My gs300 was recently hit while parked and has some damage on the left rear. I need your help to identify the yellow circle in the picture shown below. The piece is plastic and goes all the way across to the other side right? Thanks!

Thats the bumper cover. The entire bumper cover is one peice and the whole thing will have to be replaced. Budget $700 or so.

are you talking about just the chrome insert or the entire bumper cover? sometimes the bumpers can be repaired and that chrome insert is available separate for about $70.
